Planning permissions would be required in some cases - we will manage and oversee the entire process to make sure that it will all be legitimate by going through all the applications and negotiations with all stakeholders from local councils to the property management companies with the appointed solicitor.

We will negotiate with builders directly and manage the entire construction process from the beginning to the end. London Homes will serve as an advisor and conduit between our investors and their solicitors in the purchase process to help facilitate the transaction. If our clients desire, we may be appointed to act on their behalf in managing and overseeing the entire acquisition process while regularly update our clients and seek their input for key decisions.
