Stephen boasts an impressive real estate portfolio with numerous years of experience investing in real estate throughout the UK. From Central London to North England, Stephen has a wealth of experience in identifying, developing and managing residential properties & student accommodation to generate excess rental income. His portfolio consists of the residential property developments, buy-to-let models as well as operating short let properties. His extensive expertise allows him to identify optimal strategies for each property type and oversee the investment and execution process.

Stephen is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with over 10-year experience of engineering project design & management. His technical capabilities and investment insight ensures that a high degree of consistency from the sourcing process to executing the necessary upgrading works, down to actual letting management process.

Stephen is also the accredited member of London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and Residential Landlord Association (RLA). Stephen is a alumni of both University of Bristol and University of Newcastle. Currently based in London, a founder of London Homes Property Limited, registered in England and Wales.


Ernest Tsui
Principle Architect

Ernest is a Chartered Architect (BA Hon Arch, Dip.Arch, RIBA, UCL Bartlett) with 15-years of experience at the highest level in architectural practice.  He is also recognised as an RIBA Chartered Practice.  He is able to apply the work ethnic and methodology of an elite award winning architectural firms over a wide range of different projects.  Design and commercial techniques are adapted and translated to suit the personal domestic projects as well as the investment development projects.

He is also a founder of Ernest Tsui Architects + Partners since 2012. He is recognised for his work in high end private residential as well as development projects in London and across UK.  He achieves high quality design through our rigorous design approach and strategic thinking on project cost.  He knows that good and efficient design does not need to be expensive to build. He is based in London.


Sharon Chan
Landscape Architect

Sharon is a UK Chartered Landscape Architect with over 14 years of experience in the UK, Europe and the Far East, during which she has built up a wealth of technical and commercial experience, as well as understanding for the dynamics of good design and installation techniques for both public and private sector clients. She has worked on projects from planning through to construction of mixed use, residential, public realm and education developments.

Her key experience includes landscape design for the first phase of the wider Elephant and Castle development, Chelsea Waterfront, a residential and school development in Battersea, masterplanning and landscape design for a large scale high end residential project in Shanghai, China, conceptual and detailed design for the Holy See Church in Armenia, as well as a number of high end garden design projects around the world.

Other design experience includes  a number of BSF schools in London, including Special Educational Needs School, Heathrow South Cargo Centre in Houslow, and detailed landscape design for the refurbishment of Thomas More Square in Central London, as well as detailed landscape design of a series of roof gardens on a new office building in the City of London.

Environmental Impact Assessments that Sharon has undertaken include landscape and visual assessments, daylight/overshadowing assessments and night time light lighting assessments at both scoping and environmental statement stages.

Over the years, Sharon has developed key experience in hand and computer graphics, with experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Design suite including Photoshop and Indesign, as well as rendering softwares such as Artlantis Studio.

She is currently a mentor for Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership candidates.
